A Quick Introduction to Life Is Art Studios and the Casual Campout:

  Life Is Art Studios is an event production company founded in 2012 right here in Raleigh, NC, by two local boys, Stephen “Soup” Williamson and Daniel “Tebo” Thibault.  As an event production company, we have primarily focused on the production aspects for shows, lighting and live visuals and had the honor of powering some of the area’s biggest shows over the last near decade.  If you’ve gone to shows consistently in the region in EDM or jam band world you’ve seen our work, and we’ve loved sharing it with you.  The Casual Campout represents the next natural evolution of that desire to share what moves us with you, our incredible local community.  

   We have always been lucky enough to call The Farm our home.  A 350 acre property just 15 mins from downtown Raleigh, owned by the Williamson Family for generations and grown to a new level in this current generation, the time has come to share our home with you.  On the rear of the property, we have constructed an 8 acre lake with a 9 hole disc golf course and beautiful covered Lakeside Stage.  

  This May we invite you to join us and some of our oldest and dearest friends in the industry and area, people we have known since Day 1 of Life Is Art and way before, to start something new and special to us, together.  The only way anything meaningful can be done in this world is together; life is a team sport, and we’re so happy to be on the same team with all of you.
