FAQs

When can I arrive?

Gates open Friday at Noon. All night time arrivals will park in Day Parking.

Saturday 10 am - Midngiht

Sunday 10 am - 6 PM

do i need a parking pass?

All vehicles require a parking pass. This is one of many great reasons to carpool with friends; plus then you can hear all their stories on the way in and just listen to the music come show time!

can i come and go?

Yes; however we encourage you to bring everything you need and to limit traffic in and out. Plant yourself and dig in!

can i drive at night?

No, there is no driving through the festival ground at night. Day Parking is at the extreme end of the Green Hill Zone field and all night time arrivals will have to park there until the next day.

are all ticket sales final?

There is an insurance option when you buy your ticket. If you are unsure if you’ll be able to attend this is the route for you! We are unable to process refunds outside of this system.

where should uber and ride share go?

All ride share apps will need to be dropped off and picked up at the gate. This is still 1.2 miles from the main camping field so the festival will help you get back to your campsite!

Can I bring my dog/pet?

There are absolutley NO DOGS (or pets) allowed at the Casual Campout, or any Lakeside Retreats festivals. This is for the safety of all patrons but just as much for your animals health and safety.

Is there free drinking water?

Yes! All the water at Lakeside Retreats is drinkable! There is a private well that the land owners built when Lakeside opened. It goes through a UV filter system before being distributed all around the property.

Bring a water bottle and save on plastic use!!

what do i do with trash?

When you come into the festival you’ll be given a trash bag! Then at the end we ask you drop it in the dumpster in the Green Hill Zone field on your way out!

Is swimming allowed?

Yes! Just not at night and it is at your own risk and responsibility. No lifeguards on duty.

can i bring my golf car?

No, the property is very manageable on foot and bike.

are kids full price?

Kids 12 and under are free!

Can i stay forever?

All patrons must be off property by noon on Monday. Which is a pretty good run of fun!

Can my RV go anywhere w/generator?

There is a special area for RV Boondocking marked on the aerial photo below. Powered spots will be guided to their location. Generators are allowed only in RV Boondocking area.

Is there ADA accessibility?

While we are outside on a property that is historically a farm with dirt roads; we have had ADA patrons in the past and are always beyond willing to assist you. If you let the gate know when you come in we have a few staff with golf carts that will be happy to assist and we have ADA bathroom facilities with our regular units.
